The ARCare Program is a not-for-profit organization. Our expenses are met through fees.
ARCare Plan and Service Fees
Initial Planning Services
$400
Initial planning services of 10 hours will be provided by ARCare, Inc. Additional hours will be assessed at the current hourly rate. A discount of 50% is offered for an additional child.
Annual Review/Update
$65/yr.
Service Fee
$40/hr.
Services will be provided by ARCare, Inc. at the current hourly rate of $40 per hour. These rates include the services specified in the individual's ARCare Plan Contract.
Families are encouraged to set aside assets through special needs estate planning to pay service fees. Please consult with ARCare staff for more information on the ARCare Pooled Trust Program.
Trust Care Management
$40/hr.
Includes activities above routine Trustee Services; i.e. shopping, assistance with home and car maintenance, etc.
Trust Records necessary in the administration of the ARCare Trust I and II will be maintained by ARCare and will be open and available to the designated persons upon request.
Payee Program Fee
$39/mo.
Additional fees may apply if ARCare manages income other than or in addition to SSI or SSDI.

(if deposits exceed $9,999 during the first 3 months of enrollment an additional $250 will be charged against the account)

Trust I and Trust II Administration Fees
1% of assets $100,000 or less
3/4% of assets in excess of $100,000
$50 minimum per year
$15 for each transaction in excess of 10 per year
$5 for each transaction made by credit card
